Andrea was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and is a master of many trades. She was raised around the construction of new homes, and her first job was helping Real Estate Agents set up open houses and organize the model homes. Going in a different direction, she graduated from the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine with her Massage Therapy Certification in 2005 and graduated from Xenon’s with her Esthetician License in 2007. She specialized in makeup for weddings and photoshoots and loved making people feel good about themselves. In 2010 she made a switch back to the real estate industry and began Construction Management, Lease Management, and Homeowner’s Association Management. She is certified in Property Management Essentials and is the independent manager for over 100 properties in Wichita and surrounding areas. She is the Construction Manager for four construction companies and several development companies. She’s even decided to be the builder now and is currently building spec homes in Clear Ridge and Casa Bella Developments. Wanting to understand all aspects of this industry, she received her real estate license in April of 2019, and is enjoying learning the sales side of real estate as well as your needs!
